Babyplanners offers practical support and informed advice to help you prepare yourself and your home for your new baby. Core to the service is our bespoke Babyplan™, which is tailored to your living, wellbeing and life-after-birth priorities.
This gives you a chance to find out more about what we can do for you ahead of engaging our services. Just by chatting we'll be able to find out your wants and needs and you'll be able to find out the ways in which we can help you. Perhaps more importantly, we can chat about how you're finding pregnancy so far and you can decide if we're on your wavelength.
This session is designed for people who want to know they have a rapport with their Babyplanner before committing. We are confident that we can demonstrate an understanding of your individual needs and so happily offset the price of this session on the Babyplan fee.
A Good Babyplan deals with your pregnancy. After the telephone or one-to-one session we come to you to carry out demonstrations and discuss specifics in more detail.
We develop your Babyplan to list everything you need, a timeline of when you need it and full details of where to get it. We add details of appropriate pregnancy services and support in your area and give you a folio of general advice sheets; 'Babyplanners Briefings'.
In short, the Good plan brings together the wisdom of those who have been in your situation and know what you really need to enjoy this special time and be ready for your baby's arrival.
The Great Babyplan goes beyond the birth itself. We will stay in touch with you via the members' zone of the website to discuss the support you need in terms of say, maternity nurses or breastfeeding consultants and will give advice on planning those first few weeks, from filling your freezer to sending birth announcements.
We might research post-natal exercise in your area or childcare options to suit your budget and can recommend mother and baby groups so you can build your own network of ongoing support. Whatever it is you need - we are here to help.
There is no need to commit to the Great plan upfront: come back to us when you've seen how the Good plan has worked out for you. If your due date is imminent do get in touch – we can tailor the Babyplan to suit the stage you’re at and will price accordingly.
